Use of Products
All the products listed on ZEEL PRODUCT are intended primarily for Industrial & Institutional purpose only. Buyer takes the responsibility to make sure the products are not misused in any manner once delivered to their given address. Buyer acknowledges that Buyer will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from us and/or materials produced with products purchased from us in accordance with the practices of a reasonable person who is an expert in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted. The products displayed or sold by ZEEL PRODUCT have been tested by us and therefore we take no responsibility on the application of the product. ZEEL PRODUCT has provided the information to the best of our knowledge, experience and expertise. However it is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from ZEEL PRODUCT. Buyer also has the duty to warn Buyer’s customers and any auxiliary personnel (such as freight handlers, etc.) of any risks involved in using or handling the products. The buyer is also responsible to take sufficient care and verify the product details if the products are to be repackaged, relabeled or used in any other manner.
Pricing
ZEEL PRODUCT keeps updating and revising the prices of the products as and when required. The prices are subject to change without any prior intimation. Kindly check our current price before placing an order. The price mentioned in a confirmed order will remain final.
Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped depending on the delivery address and product. ZEEL PRODUCT has tie up with various courier and transport companies. ZEEL PRODUCT will keeps you updated with the delivery details of your order. You may contact our Customer Service Department for any update or query. ZEEL PRODUCT will generally deliver within 5-7 days. However it can take up to 10-12 days to deliver if your address is in remote location. ZEEL PRODUCT is not bind to delivery the product with the above stipulated time, ZEEL PRODUCT has the right to extend the delivery time as and when required. ZEEL PRODUCT is not responsible for the delay for the delivery of the product due any reason which is not in direct control of ZEEL PRODUCT. ZEEL PRODUCT hold the right to decide the mode of transport and the delivery service provider. ZEEL PRODUCT offers door delivery or transport godown delivery of all the products, but the title and risk is transferred to buyer once the product has left from the ZEEL PRODUCT premises. ZEEL PRODUCT is not obliged to insure the ordered product. Therefore any loss or damage to the products during the transit has to be bear by the buyer. The buyer is bound to make full payment to ZEEL PRODUCT in such cases. Currently ZEEL PRODUCT is shipping to domestic market only.

Return Policy
ZEEL PRODUCT will accept any return of the product only if the product delivered is not the same product ordered. The Buyer must contact our Customer Service Team within 2 days from the day of delivery. It is always suggested to check the product immediately once received. It is up to ZEEL PRODUCT to authentic the claim raised by the buyer. We will intimate the Buyer on the refund after receiving the product back to our warehouse. ZEEL PRODUCT will not cancel any order once placed unless approved in writing. The buyer is legally bound to make the full payment of the order if the cancel is not approved by ZEEL PRODUCT.
